Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute captivating marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print, and experiential marketing.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, develop engaging content, and monitor online conversations to build a strong online community and drive customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives, including advertising, PR, and event management, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing key metrics and performance indicators to optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (X years) in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry. Experience in the ice cream sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
